Owner's Return - Urban or Suburban Land

The Valuer-General may require a landowner or his representative to provide information about that land prior to making a valuation under the Valuation of Land Act 2001. This form contains questions regarding physical attributes, quality and use of the land, improvements and tenancies of the land. This form is used with Urban or Suburban Land.

Requirements: This form is for use with urban or suburban land.
