Organic Industry Partnership Agreement

An Industry Action Partnership (IAP) with the Organic Coalition of TasmaniaYou are now leaving our site. DPIPWE is not responsible for the content of the web site to which you are going. The link does not constitute any form of endorsement, within The State of Growth initiative, was ratified on 28 September 2005. IAPs link to opportunities identified in industry audits, the Tasmania Together goals, the Food Industry Council of Tasmania strategy and various industries sector strategic plans. A print-friendly version of the Organic IAP is provided below.

Whilst there are growing market opportunities, the supply of Tasmanian organic product is still limited. Supporting national policy development for a domestic standard and assisting in value and supply chain development are key areas where government is supporting this developing industry.

The Organic IAP is about strengthening the commitment of industry and government for future development and utilising our resources more effectively.
