Crown Land for Sale


General Information

Listed below are minor property sales being marketed by Crown Land Services after assessment by the Crown Land Assessment and Classification (CLAC) Project. Details are valid as at 20 July 2009.

These Crown properties have been assessed for sale as stand-alone lots, and found suitable for sale on the open market.

Other Crown properties not suitable for sale on the open market, such as lots below the minimum planning scheme size or without access, will usually be sold for adhesion to an adjoining property. Owners of any properties bordering Crown land to be sold in this manner will be advised of the proposed sale. This type of property will not be listed here.

All property sales will be carried out in accordance with the Crown Lands Act 1976.
