Waterfront Structure - Engineer's Report

For those who currently have a Crown land waterfront licence (such as a licence for a jetty, boatshed slipway or ramp) and have been unable to obtain public liability insurance and are now required to obtain an engineer's certificate from a registered civil or structural engineer, the attached is the pro forma certificate for the engineer to use.

Pro forma to be completed by a registered structural or civil engineer. Plan, elevation and location sketches to accompany. Photographs may be attached to clarify the report.
