Animal Welfare at Rodeos

The Animal Welfare Act makes it compulsory for rodeos in Tasmania to be run under a prescribed code of practice. Currently, the prescribed code is the nationally developed 'Standards for the Care and Treatment of Rodeo Livestock'. This document can be accessed at the following link:
