Contact the Weed Management Section

The Weed Management Section is part of the Department's Land Conservation Branch.

Weed Management Officers:

  • Facilitate the formation of local weed management strategies
  • Provide advice on weed management
  • Enforce weed regulations under the Weed Management Act 1999.
Weed management responsibilities are also carried out by other areas of the Department, principally the Biodiversity Conservation Branch and Marine Resources.
