A CAD_AREA can be any of the following types: (These are defined by the attribute CAD_TYPE1)

A CAD_AREA equates to a region at the spatial editor level. Hence a CAD_AREA is an amalgamation of all polygons in the Cadastral / Land Classification and Admin Area themes, which together represent an instance of any of the above.
An associate table has been included to establish the link between a CAD_AREA and a PLAN.
The attributes of Community Facility have been modified to introduce a two tier classification of these facilities.
